フランス - シャテル・ギヨンとカップバーンが SFC の成長を牽引

By -29 4月2019

The Société Française de Casinos Group (SFC) recorded consolidated sales of € 24.5m in 2018 up four per cent and driven by the good performance achieved by the casinos of Châtel-Guyon, up eight per cent and Capvern, up 18 per cent.

The results excluded the contribution of the Casino de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which generated a turnover of business of €3m in 2016/2017 and was sold in January 2019.

The group said that its casinos in Collioure, Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle all generated revenue similar to last year’s figures. Revenue from casino games came in at €13m, up from €12.7m on a like-for-like basis, an increase of per cent.

EBITDA for the year came in at €2.3m, stable compared to the previous fiscal year. The Group has strengthened its teams, particularly in Capvern, Châtel-Guyon and Port-la-Nouvelle, in the context of business development.

Profit from recurring operations was €0.73m, compared to €0.65m last year. The company said it would ‘focus on optimising the operational performance of the five operated casinos, by continuing its actions to increase revenues while maintaining a strong rigor in the management of expenses. In addition, the complex opening project of Bagneres de Luchon casino is now abandoned. The opening file for the casino of Lamalou-les-Bains on the other hand follows its course with a decision expected before the summer of 2019. ‘
